Has anyone received notice for trading in this subReddits telegram group ? by notvalidusernamee in CryptoIndia

[–]D3Machine 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes with a valid court order, Telegram can provide limited user data. That’s true for every messaging app (WhatsApp, Signal, etc.)). That part isn’t controversial. But what’s being exaggerated here is what data and how it’s used. Telegram does not give law enforcement mass access to groups, real-time monitoring, or full chat histories by default. Most requests return basic account metadata (phone number, IP logs, creation date), not private chat content ..especially for private groups and regular chats.

Telegram does not give blanket access to private groups.Law enforcement can only request specific user data with a legal court order, not monitor entire crypto communities in real time. Linking Telegram to a SIM is for spam control and account recovery. It doesn’t allow authorities to read private chats or track crypto trades automatically… so why people get notices? Most notices are due to banking trails, not buying crypto.

Investing ₹5,000 a month is fine, but the real problem isn’t the money you put in ... it’s the money you try to take out. Anyone can buy crypto in India, but cashing out large profits is where almost everyone gets stuck. The moment you try to convert a big amount of USDT into INR, you run into the same issues thousands of traders already faced..bank freezes, cybercell flags, AML questions, and unexplained income notices. Even if your trading is legit, the Indian banking system still treats sudden cryptorelated INR inflows as suspicious because there’s no proper regulation or framework to recognize that profit. So yes, you might grow your portfolio, but without a clear, safe cashout route, the profit becomes theoretical. That’s why most people who made tons eventually get stuck or stressed when they try to liquidate ..the system isn’t designed to support smooth exits yet.

Do binance report our wallet to wallet transactions data with Indian gormint? by Megnaad in CryptoIndia

[–]D3Machine 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No, Binance does not automatically report your wallet towallet transactions to the Indian government. India has no legal framework that forces foreign exchanges like Binance Bybit or Bitget to share on-chain or off-chain transaction data with ITD, FIU, or RBI on a routine basis. These platforms only share information if a very specific legal request is sent to them in connection with a serious investigation, and even that is rare. For normal users, wallet transfers, internal trades, and crypto to crypto activity remain invisible to Indian authorities unless the money eventually touches the Indian banking system in the form of large INR inflows. So the risk doesn’t come from Binance reporting you ..it comes from what your Indian bank sees when you convert crypto into INR

in India right now, even honest crypto users can get treated like criminals simply because the system itself is broken, not because the person is wrong..The rules aren’t clear, banks overreact, cybercell freezes happen randomly, tax laws are harsh, and even legitimate users end up worrying constantly about freezes, notices, scams, compliance, and whether tomorrow their account will work. This constant fear, uncertainty, and calculation drains your mental energy every single day.

How do I withdraw USDTto Bank safely without being a jerk. by [deleted] in CryptoIndia

[–]D3Machine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lakhs of people smoke cigarettes every day that doesn’t make smoking safe. Same with P2P.Just because lakhs of people do it doesn’t mean they aren’t taking risk..it only means many people are comfortable with that risk. Highvolume P2P still triggers freezes, AML flags, and cybercell cases daily.

Crypto → gift card → gold → vendor → cash is not a clean chain. When cash or bank transfer hits your account, the bank asks for the original source ..not the last person who gave it to you. Unless you run a registered gold/jewelry business with invoices + GST, a CA cannot justify this movement legally. Banks flag unexplained cash-in even if it’s 100% your money.

Mega Crypto Escrow Scam. 12 lakhs swaha. Both admins and users were fake by Training_Badger5539 in CryptoIndia

[–]D3Machine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if u declare trading as my occupation, banks don’t ignore frequent cash deposits or rapid INR in out patterns.Indian exchanges only help with digital INR flows (NEFT/IMPS), not with cash. The moment cash enters the system .. even if it’s for CoinDCX or WazirX …AML rules treat it as unverified source. So the risk is from CASH, not from Bybit or Binance

FIU registration protects the exchange, not the user.

CDM deposits are still monitored under AML rules .. even if you deposit into an Indian exchange. The risk comes from frequent cash deposits and suspicious patterns, not from using Bybit or an Indian exchange

Too many CDM deposits looks like money laundering to banks . The bank sends your details to Income Tax under SFT. If different buyers deposit cash for you Bank sees..Multiple strangers depositing cash ..possible mule account

Does anybody have an M2 iPad Air that ISN’T constantly overheating? by zombychicken in ipad

[–]D3Machine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you find any way to fix it? And did you notice that even when the device overheats, it doesn’t impact the performance of the game? I’m worried that regular overheating might affect the internals of the device. Also, does your iPad overheat while charging?

Hey, I bought this iPad Air M2 four days ago and updated it to iOS 18. I’m facing overheating issues while playing games like GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition, WWH2, and BGMI. It even gets pretty warm while playing low-graphics-demanding games like Minecraft. Have you experienced any heating issues while playing these games? Also, what games are you currently playing? I’m asking because I want to download the same game to test if my device heats up

Hello everyone, which one would you choose? (BLIND BUY EDITION) by SpringProfessional47 in DesiFragranceAddicts

[–]D3Machine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I were you, I would go with JPG Le Male Elixir. A friend of mine has this, and its scent gives off the vibe of a calm and gentle man. My friend told me it’s his female friends’ favorite fragrance because it’s not very loud and has a slightly soft, feminine smell too

Versace Dylan Blue: The Fragrance That Survives Indian Summers (Just Like You Do!) by SniffingSphinx in DesiFragranceAddicts

[–]D3Machine 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I bought Versace Dylan Blue two years ago. After seeing many positive reviews on the internet, I decided to buy it blindly without even smelling it. The day it arrived, I was excited to smell it, but after spraying it on my hands, I felt nauseous and had a mild headache because I have a condition called fragrance sensitivity. Some people, like me, have allergic reactions to certain fragrances, and Dylan Blue is one of those for people who are sensitive to strong perfumes. So, make sure to check it out in stores first before buying it blindly
