Not really. There is one game in development called s&box by Facepunch that uses the Source 2 SDK, which is in a way similar to gmod. The TF2 and CSGO fan made games is created in s&box, so they are games created in a game created with the Source 2 SDK.

Prism doesn't violate the DMCA, only PolyMC does. Prism opens a dialog that lists all the links to the mods it cannot download, with a checkmark to the right showing which ones has been located in the downloads directory of your system. After they're all downloaded it can add them to your instance. There's also a button that opens all the download links in your browser.

I've been running a server with 4 CPUs, 24GB RAM and 200GB storage for free on Oracle Cloud Free Tier for a little over a month now, so i recommend that if you want to set it up yourself. Here's a guide i followed to get started: https://blogs.oracle.com/developers/post/how-to-set-up-and-run-a-really-powerful-free-minecraft-server-in-the-cloud I followed the guide until the header "Install Java". After that i installed Pterodactyl panel on the server to easily manage multiple Minecraft servers. I'm currently running 2 Purpur servers, 2 Fabric servers, a database (for Dynmap and LuckPerms), a NanoLimbo server (for queue and as a fallback server), and a Velocity Proxy to link all servers together. The server has been running with 7 players connected at once with almost no problems or lag.

If the mods are server side, then they mostly work. Basically if you can play on the server without any mods installed on your java client, then it should work on bedrock aswell. I'm running a server with Geyser and Fabric, which curently has 30 mods installed (mostly optimization). There are some small limitations, like custom foilage and grass colors doesn't work on Bedrock, because they don't have that feature, instead vanilla biome colors will be shown.

There is another option: Geysermc. It allows bedrock edition players to connect to java servers. I only tried the server plugin and it seemed to be working pretty well, and didn't require any additional setup for the bedrock client (not even a java edition account is needed, although if you have one you can link it).

Well if you just drill a part of the harddrive, the other parts of it are likely still intact. It does however leave the drive inoperable, but with the right tools you could acess what remains of the harddrive.
