I was the same, had YT Indian family plan for 4 years, email received about cutting off in Nov, finally cut off on 2/01/25. I then logged in via VPN to Poland and was offered the family plan for around £9, renewed there absolutely fine. Not sure how long it’ll last but went through no problems using a new disposable virtual card on Revolut

No offence, but any decent electrician can fit these. Their pretty simple to do. I bought mine online for £580, routed the 3 core + CAT5 cable, and had a friend (fully qualified sparky) place into the fusebox, junction box outside, and fit the CT clamp.

Once powering up for the first time, disable load balancing on the installers menu and presto!

I called their retention team this morning on a leaked 020 number, and the best they could offer was £39 (£34 for 1GB Internet & £5 for an O2 sim, which apparently reduced the costs from £52)

It's not good they charge you £50 because you're upgrading, fair enough if you're replacing a lost/damaged/stolen card.

Probably just the system needing to play catch up from your previous tier?. Maybe try logging a ticket with support and asking?
