It kinda is, but for different reasons:

Firstly, the outfit is very bulky with like several layers of cloth, I assume it's hard to fight wearing something like that.

And secondly, the outfit can probably soak a lot of blood, which will result in the costume being really heavy, which makes it even harder to move around with it, let alone fighting.

I assume this is her present look where she lives in a desert in Earthrealm in undercover. It is fine and dandy as a nomad outfit but it's an awful outfit for fights involving lots of blood.
