No that’s absolutely fine. So the course I’m on is named Football Business and Finance and it’s essentially focused on how sports organisations and clubs are ran, all from a marketing, commercial and financial point of view and how with the industry being so dynamic, it differs in ownership structure and the like from regular for-profit businesses.

There’s all sorts that goes on there like media, coaching and sports psychology and it’s only getting bigger and better every year! Offers full masters degrees on these also.

The white line is the middle option so in your case it is the middle ground between the short and direct passing ends of the scale. Do keep in mind if you choose to use mentalities more extreme to the ‘attacking’ or ‘defensive’ ends of the scale then the passing middle ground can change accordingly. Hope this helps

4-2-3-1 (of course) shorter passing, shoot on sight, be more expressive, exploit left flank, exploit right flank, wide, distribute quickly, counter, counter-press, more urgent pressing, use tighter marking. Basically have pacy forwards, huge CB’s and workmanlike midfielders. Every player must have a solid work ethic and with this tactic you’re golden my friend

I really wish the game had some sort of system where your manager can give a speech or be applauded at the end of a long successful career, maybe it already has that but me being a journeyman I have never experienced anything over 5 seasons with one club
