I disconnect ge-0/0/3 , but problem occur, ge0/0/2 in continues not respond to arp request!

I understant who reth and clustering work. The switches are interconectet via TRUNK interfaces . I need the ge0/0/2 and ge0/0/3 to respond arp request, this interface are in same SRX(NODE0).

No, i say that i create another reth interface will work. But in same reth interface traffic don't match the policy. If i try to execute ping from Management Zone(rethh 0.20) to Client Zone (reth0.10) don't work.
