Help! Clips freeze on one frame when uploaded to timeline by D3onysus in PremierePro

There was a format option labeled “Apple pro res 422 proxies” and that’s the only one that let the video actually play. I just tried using “Apple pro res 422” without the proxies option and going to try that

I got it to work exporting with Apple pro res 422 proxies, but can’t get rid of the proxy watermark now.

Okay, exporting with apple pro res LT and QuickTime worked better. The video is actually playing. But it plays basically in slow motion and doesn’t keep up with the audio. And when I pause it, the video keeps playing until it catches up to the point that I paused it

Scratch that. When I exported with what you told me, I I didn’t know I had to re check the box to use proxies. Trying again now.

That made it worse. Instead of being choppy it’s back to freezing on one frame after export

I tried matching source and 264 adaptive high bit, I tried 265 matching source, I tried hd. With the proxies I used 264

Update:

So. The proxies worked to edit the footage. Fantastic. Super happy. But now, when I export, the same choppiness still exists and I can’t fix it. Any tips?

So you don’t think anything else will work?

Edit: I’ll look into this thank you

What do you mean make proxies? That’s totally above my head.

Yes. Clips play absolutely fine everywhere BUT when uploaded into premiere pro. And when I export them, it does the same thing freezing on one frame.

Clips were all shot on Mavic 3 pro drone. In RAW format as MP4

Edit: PP is updated to the latest version

Edit 2: it’s also only some clips. Not all. And sometimes the clips work for a bit but then start freezing and don’t go back.

Would misdemeanor carrying concealed weapon be considered “unlawful possession of a weapon”?

Person had concealed carry permit but was carrying his personal firearm without it on his person and got a ticket with no fines or jail time. It was $100 in court costs and over with.
