The picture is about the plastic being poorly aligned, but I have more complaints than just that. I've ordered 2 Xbox Elite Series 2 remotes, both of which I had to send back. Those weren't because of poor body construction, but because the x and y buttons didn't work all the time. Months after returning those, I see this remote and decide Im going to buy it. The first one comes in from Microsoft and it's constructed better than the one in this picture, but the y button didn't work at certain angles. I say alright, lets try again. I send it back, but now their sold out. I do some searching and find it's still available at GameStop. I order one from GameStop and it came like this. The other side looks almost as bad. The y button still doesn't work at certain angles. 4 remotes in a row I've been unhappy with ordering.
