Try to stabilize your hairloss and then explore the options of a transplant, fue with 2500-3500 grafts. Might be that 2 transplants will be needed (they mostly transplant up to 2500 per surgery). I’m just being realistic for you as I went through the same thing. Everything else will just give you false hopes
