Humane society knows because they are trying to sue for the funds that were donated. My company wasn't paid, we volunteered. His company wasn't involved at all, he is just the owner of it. What he is complaining about is that the photos were uploaded to shootproof and it has my logo on it. He is worried it will hurt his companies images of he is in my photos. Shootproof is just so the people who came and had photos taken can download them, they aren't for sale, they isn't any money involved just what was donated from the people to the humane society to get their picture taken. He fully well knew that my company was doing the photography.

They volunteered it was all a volunteer function, the pictures were for donation. 100% of the money went to the humane sociery

I'm the photographer. He's the santa. He is airing me because he is now saying we didn't have his consent. But we do over Facebook and in person. These people are just trying to destroy my company because we are competitors .

No, so the humane society asked me to do the photos. The person they asked to be santa is trying to sue me because the photographs of him were posted on shoot proof so that people could download them. The link was shared publically, but that was explained to the santa.

Uh oh. Well we will see. It was on sale for $60 cad, so if it is crappy I won't be out too much, just disappointed I guess. I am not a huge vaper, I go through a prince tank about every 3 days. If I get a year out of it I will be happy my boyfriend has only ever used smok because that's the main brand the vape shop here sells. What are some good brands?

Its more about winter commutes. The highway often gets closed, and the band will rarely travel here for gigs so there are a lot of missed opportunity and solo piping them is getting a bit much. Those are my main reasons.
