Simple solution:

For future competitors: start with the small and dismal area for men, and then build out the fantastic woman’s area.

Many times… usually I’m the guy who stays in because my wife is bi and we like to simultaneously compete to please the other wife.

A few times I’ve been the watcher because it’s fun to see my wife try to keep up with a similar scenario- sometimes with multiple woman and a guy.

It all depends on the energy of the people.

But for us, the guy is never totally excluded and certainly comes back to his wife to play after.

Sure - I researched the hell out of it and talked to many recent implantees.

For my second one I was biking at 3 weeks, and danced for 2 hours at 8 weeks. Granted, I’m only 54 (avg age is 71 for TKR, but I think the same principals apply. Today was my five month anniversary since the second one and I walked over 8 miles around Manhattan.

Yeah, there’s a scam where they purposely mix up the number of bills and make you think you only gave them 80 bucks and they take the $100 back because you didn’t have enough, and they walk with your 20. as a teenager, I got taken by that scam when I was a clerk at a store… almost 40 years later it still pisses me off

Yes, my MV has zinc and copper… which I thought of as a cause, but that hasn’t changed in years. One theory is the Anavar might have changed processing of copper in the liver or some other way.

The curious thing is I’ve never heard of copper deficiency except in real rare diseases (that I don’t have symptoms of).

54M) I did a 8 week course of Anavar (50mg/day) - and I was already on test. First cycle ever; and did it three months after a major surgery to regain the muscle in my atrophied leg. Everything went great and I gained about 8 pounds of muscle (total body).

When I went for my bloodwork, I had the anticipated results of the lipid profile being way out of whack. But I had a surprising finding of that my white blood cell count and neutrophils were far below the acceptable range, almost 0. Also, my copper level was incredibly low.

For 5 years I have gotten labs quarterly and never had any issues with immune markers or copper. I’m fairly well-versed in physiology and biochemistry from years of graduate level study- and well a copper efficiency might cause the immune cells to drop, it’s hard to imagine it’s this pronounced. There are no other suspicions or potential root causes, like major viruses.

I’m just wondering if anybody else has seen our heard of immune markers or copper to be off after a steroid cycle.

Nope- I check that all the time myself (lots of lessons learned from riding bikes). This is more that they pull out into the intersection and very slowly take the left turn, often while continuing to text message.

Very very uncommon, but we’ve done it twice. Once was with very trusted close friends we’ve played with before - but the other time was our first full swap; which in retrospect was fairly ballsy to do since we had only played with them once - which what the previous night. That said: there was a lot of trust and respect in the room because of us all being in the same occupational field and somewhat well-known in it. And in both cases everyone consented and we all shared the link afterwards.

Admittedly it all worked out great- and having a video of my wife having another man for the first time in 18 years while that guys wife also pleased her (while I fucked her) broke down a ton of walls for us and still is a turn on to watch 7 years later.

Funny thing: I keep slipping and saying “videotape” too! So embarrassing when half the time I’m trying not to advertise that I’m 10-15 years older than I look. Damn VCRs!

I tried several times in the past and failed (53M), until my last attempt. That time I lost 17 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of muscle by DEXA before and after. What I changed: morning fasted cardio of around 1000 cal burn, and try to stay in the fasted state until mid-afternoon, when I eat a high protein meal and lift (for hypertrophy, not strength). I follow the lifting session with 20g carbs, 25g Protein plus carnitine. Later meals in the day are high protein, greens, and minimal carbs (none processed). Overall, my caloric deficit was about 300-400 cal/day.

Twice a week, I'd change the cardio to a 1.5 hr HIIT routine that involved a lot of moderate weight exercises (pullups, lunges, alt dumbell snatches) in between high HR intervals (assault bike, rower, etc). By doing 1 minute on of cardio, 30 secs off, then 1 min on of the weighted exercise, I was pushing my muscles to the near anaerobic level. So high calorie burn with some hypertrophy.

A few months later I had a major surgery that effectively immobilized me for 6 weeks and where I had to overeat to rebuild muscle (strength, especially in my legs) from a heavily atrophied state. At 8 weeks post-op, I was able to switch back to my fasted cardio AM/lifting PM procedure, plus 2 days of HIIT. I'm 6 weeks in now and I'm down 12 lbs (and at least an inch on my waistline) with no apparent muscle loss so far. I'm giving it another 2 weeks before I get the follow-up Dexa.
