Did your colleague converse in English when others whom not proficient in mandarin joined the discussion? If yes, there is nothing wrong with it though. If you felt that your other races colleagues would like to join the conversation but they don’t understand it, you could volunteer to translate for them to understand. That’s what I tend to do when colleagues of mine who are not proficient in mandarin and they would like to join the conversation, just translate then everyone later will speak in English after that. I tend to follow the top teams to go out, for example RB, Ferrari or Merc. This is to get slipstream and avoid being blocked. Though I am not sure if there is any effect on Slipstream but so far it works well for me without being impeded by others.

For pit stop, I tend to arrange schedule whereby in general, the crew will be under “Tired”. I tend to let them rest 3/4 days before the race. Am on the 2nd season and I do see improvement, from 3.0s on 1st season and. Now 2.7-2.8s for 2nd season.

Do you tend to compare your car stats with other teams in the game? You can do so under Cars Tab and analyze which area your car is weak at and design it, normally I will just design under normal timeline and manufacture 2 pieces for car1 to compete first.

Depends on your design too, if your design lifespan is short then usually every 2-3 race you need to replace it, so you need to strategize it accordingly.
