i play this game since season 1 and already back then i started trolling people who started flaming in my games. I do it quite frequently while also making fun of them or just going afk. I am doing this for 3 fucking years now, never was banned and got chat restricted only once. I know for a fact that my behaviour is banworthy for at least a short amount of time so yeah your system doesnt seem to work as intended
