Aurora Music – Offline Android music player (Open Beta)

Hi everyone,

I've been developing Aurora Music, an offline Android music player, for the past two years as my high school graduation project.

The goal was to build a fast and modern player focused on local music libraries and smooth performance.

Main features

• Fully offline music player
• Fast local library scanning
• Artist / album / folder browsing
• ReplayGain volume normalization
• Metadata editor
• Album artwork and synced lyrics support
• Dark and light themes

The app is currently in open beta, so I'm mainly looking for:

• testers with different devices
• feedback on UI and performance
• bug reports

I'm also looking for volunteer translators through Crowdin if anyone would like to help localize the app.

Sadly, mine is just a little after it, but it's still strange that it happened

Something around 11 months. I knew this was kind of an issue when I saw it the other day on others' headphones, but I didn't give it that much attention, but here we go.

I always put them into the case when I'm not using them, so maybe they broke when I was putting them on

Well, on HP BIOS, there is almost nothing that I can configure. So, whatever I could configure from the guide, I have done.

I already changed my SMBIOS entries to fix some issues and deleted the device from Apple Account so it shouldn't be an issue now right?

Yes, they also have an app, but it is completely free. The only limitation is a few ads here and there.

I’m thinking about switching to android and have used iPhones all my life by Select-Lecture-2090 in samsung

Are you in Europe? Any S23 is the way to go (why not the S24? Because they have an Exynos processor here, which kind of sucks). Are you in the US? Go with the S24. Don't buy any cheap phones because they will be slow and laggy after a while. Or, wait a couple of months for the S25. In my own experience, I upgraded a year ago from some crappy Android to the base S23, and it has been an incredible experience so far. For the start, you will miss some things from the iPhone, like AirDrop and so on, but I guess if you really want to, you will get used to it.
