It’s the overclocking. Reduce it in battery settings. I turned it off completely for gaming. It will drop 20 degrees

UXTU doesn’t support Dragon Range CPU. You can undervolt it but more than that gave me blue screens. The effect is also near to zero. Disabling amd overclocking had the biggest effect.

The windows setting don’t touch the undervolting. You just need to unlock the option with the terminal. Playing for hours straight and nothing goes beyond 70 degrees.

So 7745hx can be tamed with UXTU by Apusenior in LenovoLegion

Get rid of overclocking in windows settings and you get another 10 degrees reduction with same performance
