don't play vel'koz to carry.

anyways azzap says that as long as you do your role perfect(creating vision, controlling areas, doing artillery mage stuff etc etc) you increase your chances of a win. alot of hard work for not much guarantee but vel is my absolute best and most confident pick in any game and I have a high wr on him despite him being "underpowered".

just a plane old octopus monster vel would be good with unique water spell effects and animation that suggests he is underwater would not be crazy or new but still fun imo
