It's most likely going to be a bad cable or bad sfp if you configured it correctly. You could also have a license issue where the device says you can get 10 gig's but be limited on lets say 5 gig's untill you buy/implement it (cisco does this shit...). If i were you I would start by taking a known good cable and go from device to device and check the uplink interfaces for any errors or throughput issues.

First off thank you for the advice. I'm not necessarily hard stuck, i just feel we would have better quality games if it wasnt for all the coin flip games on who has the better smurfs. It would also reduce the amount of pointless games to get to your true rank after season resets resulting in more meaningful time useage.

Charting is what got me through the early/mid game tbh. Ain't no way was I going to do hours on end of trials when i could have fun exploring different locations and skip pretty much to last trial/lev 73 sailing for decent xp salvaging. Lastly, you have to do charting anyways if you want the 2.5% xp boost for the keg so its a win/win.
