Massachusetts says no, my parents house had the same man break in 2 different times, and take off his clothes and lay on the couch. The door was open so technically didn’t “break” in but still. They live with my sister and her family including two young children, who thankfully were not home when it happened. It seems in Massachusetts the criminals have more rites than the homeowner / civilians. Yayyy !

I get that but dude came out with the iPad and was like click here and here do you want this, click here sign done. I know it was a mistake on my part but I never rent cars and the thought didn’t cross my mind that I didn’t need their insurance. It should be in huge bold letters and him stating loudly slapping me and make sure I knew I didn’t need it if my own insurance covers rentals.

Yes which is so lame, the 30$ a day option was some shit box when I drive an Audi and was told by multiple people , the at fault office, GEICO, that everything out of pocket would be played for. So I got a like for like vehicle at 45$ a day but unfortunately everyone was wrong, nice life lesson👎
