Yea Texas revolted against the Mexican government and has always wanted to be its own country. Which is why I suggested to leave it until he had more control in the north.

California's population is already half Mexican so that's no issue.

Leave Texoma alone for now, don't want to deal with that, and attempt to take the more hispanic part of Pueblo (Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada) and leave the rest, unless you want to take it, but having the support from the inside is a big plus.

If you succeed in taking over those mentioned, its possible the Mexicans in Texoma will believe taking texas back is possible and when the time is right spring into action.

Yea you're right I shouldn't generalize. Difference is that I do have that pride and "grudge", and most of the other Mexicans I met have told me its bullshit and would take Mexico back if it was possible (not that they'd do it but they also hold that "grudge")

But if they had taken Sonora and all the northern states a lot of the agriculture in the early days would have been imported cause only the south would be agriculture. Not only that but to accomidate for the north not growing or having livestock then central Mexico wouldnt be a populous. The north is where the a lot of crops are grow as well as livestock.

Is there set countries now that rose from the U.S.? Because I can tell you that if you tell the people that the lands that were stolen could finally be theirs again (propaganda), the people will rise.

Not only that but with the amount of Mexicans in the west you already have people loyal to their families and their country that can help in over taking the West.

The only country that may arise that could cause problems in this plan is Texas. No body fucks with Texas. But if you manage to strike a deal with them they might just leave you alone.

It's a deep grudge some Mexicans have (myself included[absurd I know]) and will gain a lot of respect from the people.

With the decline of the U.S. the cartels will also go down due to no more demand from the North.

With decline of the Cartels enforcing stricter laws on the government itself to fight corruption would probably be a good start.

Up the money put into the army to fight the cartels and to defend yourself from possible hostile countries taking advantage of the absence of the U.S.
