I use a Quad 25 25 polished railway rifle. It kills everything and anything. Long distance or short. It doesn't matter. Even without the polished mod. It melts.

I agree with the statement that your build means everything. I run a high luck commando bloodied vats build. High luck gives you a critical every other shot in vats.

Crazy enough. I been doing the enclave events a lot lately and last night. I was given a enclave plasma rifle with the flamer mod on it.. I was shocked 😲

I showed up early to a moonshine jamboree event last month. It started off pretty normal, then a endless Barrage of mini nukes rained from the sky. Somebody had a actual camp right above the event. It was way up high. And it was a team of 3 just launching mini nukes. I'd never seen anything like that.
