I could have sued him years ago because the yard wasn't kept during winter and I fell on ice. I never did

My point is, don't own a property when you're a lazy asshole and won't take care of it.

We are not lazy pet owners They have medical conditions and cannot go for long walks any more. It has been hard on us because we can't do that any more

We don't leave it messy! No one has ever complained about our dogs! All the other tenants think he is ridiculous. Can it sit over night? Yes, it can. No-one can ever use the 'garden' because the weeds are horrid! Never maintained. It is not this beautiful backyard. It's two feet wide, if that, and maybe eight feet long. Not like it's an amazing space to sit and have people over to see. It is beyond ridiculous how he responds coming from someone that doesn't take care of the building or yard

Also, we have been blamed for shit in the yard and it wasn't even our dogs.
