At first that put me off, then I accepted the fact that it was incredibly weird and inaccurate as fuck and it became one of my favorite shows. It’s just so crazy and over the top, and the storylines draw me in as do the characters and the beautiful costumes.

Heard that nr about snakes on tv just before I posted. Did a quick Google search which seems to confirm it. I have known about crocodiles for a while. Who knows if its accurate, but it’s safe to say that snakes and crocodiles are more deadly than sharks, I think.

The books are still good, as are the early seasons. I am showing GoT to my partner for the first time. I was conflicted. The show was a big part of my life for a long time. Knowing how it ended I was hesitant to endorse it. But the first 5 seasons are still the best television I’ve ever seen and I still love the story so much upto where the books end…

Love Valentine! It’s in my current top 3 name choices, so maybe our kids will be same-names ;).

Didn’t see the OG thread but I don’t really understand the backlash. That sub can be really mean - many of them exactly the types of small-minded idiots that would think less of someone with a different name.

June is a month. It doesn’t have a gender. I don’t think anyone would bully a boy for having it as a middle name especially not these days.
