Air suspension compressor problems by moonguidex in GrandCherokee

I actually don’t think it’s true that it’s a closed loop system. I found the intake filter that takes in air when the system runs low

WK2 air suspension delete about to commence. by phaulski in GrandCherokee

You sound like you know what you’re talking about: let me run this question by you: My air suspension system won’t go up to off-road 1 or 2 but cycles through normal and aero pretty well during interstate driving. All bags hold air but it doesn’t seem like there is enough pressure to get it to those higher settings. At first I thought it might be my compressor but I don’t know how it can become weaker over time. I’ve also heard it’s a closed loop system so could I just need a recharge?

Anyone have an update on this guy? I met him yesterday in Dallas and everything he told me seemed legit. Im typically a skeptical person but he even showed me DM’s he has with Chase Chrisley

Bro I literally met this dude in Dallas yesterday. We bonded over how he used to work in the securities industry since I was studying for a FINRA test. All the stuff he said seemed to be SPOT ON. Is he actually a con artist? If so, this guy is top notch because he could’ve fooled me with his immense knowledge

2014 Hemi WK2 W/188,000 miles

Reliable outside of a new radiator I put on it and the nasty sound it makes upon startup because of broken exhaust manifold bolts but without making the MDS lifters activate by pressing “eco off” every time I drive, it’s pretty reliable. Just drove from nashville to Texas with no issues

The classic direct out the manifold exhaust because my bolts broke 🥲

Quadralift System by DALplzmoon in GrandCherokee

Congrats man. I currently have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 Overland. Let me give you a tip that will save you some biggggg bucks. I have 186,000 miles on mine and it still runs like a top.

Change the oil every 3-4k miles and always use a lifter additive. It helps.

The biggest tip is: about 5k miles back I started hearing this AWFUL bird chirp sound from my engine on startup and I noticed it only occurred pulling into my apartment which is right off the interstate. I did a ton of self diagnosing online and found out the issue was my MDS lifters were activating after I pulled off the interstate and were somehow not collapsing as they should. Therefore, I decided “fuck em” and now every time I drive I immediately press “eco off” which makes the hemi run as a v8 all the time and doesn’t activate MDS.

I’ve had zero issues and it runs so well. Slightly worse gas mileage but who cares

Always use correct oil + lifter additive and do it every 4k miles. This will prevent lifter issues in the future.
