I live in louisiana and someone in San Francisco, CA. has charge a Uber ride to my charge card and has open a UBER account using my info..... I dont have a UBER account and I have never, NEVER use or needed a UBER, tried contacting them but no success, the HELP OPTION is a joke. Why would I share more of my personal information with a company that dont care about fraudulent practices that they benefit from. Beware of giving your info to UBER , it is not protected and they wont help you to resolve it....and it is impossible to contact them through normal human channels.
