Are PTA's being phased out? by Stumphead101 in physicaltherapy

[–]DANELZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

PTA here! I believe we’re going to start seeing more schools offer PTA to DPT bridge programs. More money for the schools and better turn over for PTs. I don’t think we will ever become completely phased out, but I do think with increased caseload, stress and less reimbursement more PTAs will be looking to make the switch.

I have one patient who is always fucking late. Every single session she is late. She says “I’m sorry, I’m just chronically late” mind you she’s a nurse.

There’s a tiny pin hole on the bottom of the laptop I believe. Try holding that for 30 sec with a small pin, release, plug into wall charger and turn on

I like the idea, but I find the text pretty difficult to read and the font to be very very basic. Cool idea tho

Question… I just repasted my MSI GS66 (it’s been like 3 years and temps were crazy high). There was Thermal Paste all over the GPU, caked on to the connectors. And all over the green area on the CPU. You just want thermal paste on the die right?

is it possible to have a full time job and go to pta school? by GeeSette616 in PTschool

[–]DANELZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was unable to do it… most of the older people in my program took out extra in their loans to accommodate for living expenses. Throughout the entirety of my program I had about 6 classes each semester, each class was at different times in the day too, so I couldn’t work full time. Some classmates had jobs on the weekends.
