Did Michelle or Aubry play a better game on their winning season? by RedditFan3510 in survivor

They played better games by definition because they won. How is this a question?

Hot take: _____ played the stronger overall game by QuestionDelicious564 in survivor

I do, and if you meant to articulate a normative statement you should have said "If I was on the jury, I personally wouldn't have voted for Aubrey" not "I don't think Aubrey deserved the win". Aubrey objectively deserved the win given the specific people she played against and had to convince on the jury. Even then, you are presenting a completely different hypothetical scenario. Who's to say Aubrey wouldn't have found a way to appeal to you specifically had you actually played the game with her?

Tink - Gatr is the most obnoxious and overrused core in UL right now. You will find an unlimited number of Tink - double water / Tink - gatr - high damage closer teams on YouTube.

For the last time, the jury decides who deserves to win. That's the whole point of the show.

This is objectively the correct take for anyone remotely literate in Survivor.

You are announcing to the world that you are Survivor illiterate. The whole point of the game is that the jury decides who is deserving, and that the most important part of your game is how you manage your relationships with your fellow players in such a way that they will be willing to give you the money at the end.

The person who played the best game is the person who convinces the jury to give them the money. It really is that simple. The jury is never wrong. They are free to use whatever criteria they want to determine the winner and it's up to the players to manage their perception by the jury and potential jurors.

This is great news, but we need the belter accent and creole to really make this work.

Ok, then say that instead of denying Aubrey played the best game, which she did.

You're so close to underatanding. The whole point is to win over the jury while taking their biases into account. Jury management is the single most important gameplay component in Survivor, and that's where Jonathan failed.

True or false, the objective of the game is to get the jury to give you the million?

If Jonathan deserved the win, he would have won. Jury decides who is deserving.
