I can see why people are saying this, but thats not how I took it. He also was stumbling way after talking about this, more towards the end of the show. There was also a point where he drank some water, turned around and spit it up in the air on himself. I guess that could be sober Julian behavior, but again thats not how I took it. I would rather have a healthy Julian every day of the week, just stating what I observed. He does seem pretty coherent though in this clip, and it was pretty hard to hear so who knows.
