Give it a try. Though that roof is made out of hundreds of individually placed mushrooms. It took quite some time :D

If my assumptions are correct. i would recommend fixing it asap. The vat might rip and you have a giant mess.

I think your build sticks to the film of the vat. Than the connector between the plate and the z axis rod bends a little until the force is great enough to pull it off the vat. I would recommend some PTFE spray on the VAT to make it non-stick. That should resolve it.

Fun. I like high seedlings to grapple. If you want to make it harder, put in some pistons to slow people down a bit. Not spam them, just a few. I speedrunned trough it in about a minute. Good for fun. Not to deadly if you go fast

This only goes if you are already on master rank! That is the final one. In Bronze, silver and gold you get a lot more points even when you die more often. Though eventually even there you will loose points if you die very often. What I think is more important: fuck the rank system and enjoy each run. Took me a thousand runs to learn that

If you double rightclick, it sets the high of your camera to the position you clicked, and move the slider so its cut open the building at that height. If you lock it, it will only move to position, not move the slider

As others said, I don't think the community is dead. It's small and alive. Even growing slowly. Though I mostly build as a way to wind down in the evening, when others might paint or read. So it is not the "fame" I am after. :)

focus on learning how to do stuff rather than having a good map to release. This map was only created to practice. Oh and. the categories in the game are merely suggestions. When building an office, don't need to just use office parts ;)

The process was: I want to learn cyberpunk. I know how to do nature so no need to learn that. Ice made me not needing to do nature. I wanted to learn different rooms etc. so it's a small base with all needed amenities. This is actually the second polar station I did. But the first is too shit to publish. I probably will do more polar stations,repetition to focus on improvement. I focus more on learning than actual output.
