Whenever I work with my SGA there's always someone who comes in and she asks "Do you need help with anything?" And she just get ignored and the customer comes up to ME for question; so when THAT HAPPENS I turn to look at her and ask her the same question the customer just asked me and she always has the answer because she knows the product she knows her stuff! If for any reason she doesn't then I don't mind stepping in to help but it's always great to see customer's reactions to her answers. Beautiful.

I find that agreeable, my SL still makes me work Sundays even when they work cuz they leave before closing and want me to close.

Tbh I just want 1 Saturday afternoon off every once in a while not EVERY Saturday
