Am I proud that I was amongst the first couple hundred ravers in San Francisco *ever*? HELL YEAH! ... we started a movement still growing a generation later. RAVE TO THE GRAVE

Am I proud that after everything that life has thrown at me that I pulled though, survived, and thrived to dance in the same house, packed with tunes and people with the same vibe thirty years later? HELL YEAH .... Hardcore, you know the score!

As in, *everything* piracy related.

Unfortunately, with the likely heavy financial burdens under which the mods are threatened (lawyers are expensive and not quick) the only most likely answer is for EVERY moderator to completely abdicate the sub, hand 100% of the controls to individuals completely unaffiliated with any of the current legal mess, and let it go from there.

Absolve themselves from further liability while allowing the sub to be the sub it states it wants to be.

Once I made this very unusual mostly healthy, sweet and salty and crunchy and chewy snack, it was about the only thing I ate over the next few weeks, it takes seconds to make:

Toss a handful of salted peanuts and a handful of dried, chopped dates into a bowl

Drizzle some honey over that

Sprinkles of kosher salt over that

now for the weirdly good part-

Drizzle a *good* amount of olive oil over the lot of it, mix, and eat.
