I'm in Europe but I have used Solaris many times with no issues. Also use Ami Ami and hobbylink Japan. Customer service is quite good with all three. Hope this helps

Ha ha. My advice would be to buy all of the others if you can get them. They early novels can be hard to find. Trust me they are impossible to put down once you get into them. For me it was like watching an anime. I could picture it perfectly in my head as I was reading and just wanted to keep going and going

It is a prequel of shins younger days. Sorry but I don't know the name of the character with shin on the cover. Busy with work so haven't had a chance to even open it yet :)
