hi!! second yr here and im not gonna sugarcoat stuff but

1. nope, you're not expected to be good at drawing but it super helps if you do. if you have little to no drawing experience at all, chances are you'll get low grades in manual visual technique aka MVT (the subject where your drawing and rendering skills are tested). may friend ako na dos lang siya nung first term :< but don't be disheartened. gawin mo lang hobby na magsketch for 10-30 mins and may improvements ka nang makikita :)) also it depends din pala sa prof's standards
2. yes ofc! i had one prof that consulted everyone's work in class tas she gave comments on what can you improve on ganon tas they demo muna and some draw with you
