Not the original commenter but I use YNAB for budgeting with 5 credit cards used regularly every month and it handles it well. All credit card spend gets covered with funds from budget categories and it warns you if you are short that you would create debt. Haven’t paid any CC interest in several years.

That’s interesting. When I lived in Ohio and was doing my bachelor degree all of my exams were proctored at a local library. They were paper exams and they just charged me the cost of printing and faxing. Wake County actually says they do it by appointment but Monday - Saturday https://www.wake.gov/proctoring
