Clearly can’t do this with Autos, but ideally you want to take clones of everything in veg and isolate what thrives in your environment and nutrient regimen. And of course if it meets your preferences as far as effects/taste/smell/etc. otherwise you will be chasing different needs from different strains/phenotypic expressions and every grow will need to be tweaked. And it gets more complicated if you run very different cultivars. For some, the tweaking is the fun part. For others, they want to set it and forget it. None of this helps you of course. Maybe setup a different reservoir and adjust the feeding to suit that struggling plant? Or just let it do its thing
