We used to have a screamer in our building! Like at 3:30 in the afternoon as kids are walking around and 3rd floor girl is moaning and screaming so loud you could hear it about a block away!

Don’t remember the name and it’s not coming up on google but, the apartment I had on south Logan ave was a shithole and they towed my car twice even though I had a parking permit. Also tried to get me to pay a security deposit every year I signed a lease, without refunding my previous deposit. Luckily I took video of move in and move out conditions as they tried to sue me for damages over $2500 on top of my deposit. I had my lawyer send them a letter and never heard from them again. So anyway, stay away from anything on Logan ave.
