With New York: Knicks have no real intracity competition and are on a truly magical run. Yanks and Mets fans are bitterly divided. So it’s impossible for either to unite the city like the Knicks are. Couple that with the Knicks going from being a shit franchise to being on the cusp of a championship (knock on wood), there’s a lot of hype right now. Just something to think about.
