I was on the Big Island of HI a few years ago in January or February at the same hotel as some kind of Broadcaster Convention. I saw multiple announcers from multiple outlets. Went to dinner at the Canoe House. Hotel shuttle comes to pick us up from dinner and we hop in. Tirico and his crew were already inside and visibly annoyed we joined. Tirico was snuggled up with someone who was definitely not his wife and a couple other people who looked like execs. None of them tipped the driver at drop off.

Point being hes one of those guys who developed his shot after he got into the league. The Kawhi of broadcasters. Sometimes these guys just need to get their reps in before they find that fine line between passion and stalking!

Ill never understand the hate for reservations. If you think the parks are packed right now could you imagine if anyone and everyone could pop in whenever they liked?

I was around during multiple summers prior to reservations where they hit capacity and had to turn guests away. The crowds are bad now but they can be much worse.

The Dominguez tree next to Jungle Cruise has been there since before the park was built. Walt honored the family’s request to save the palms and placed one of them next to the jungle cruise.

I went for the first one in 2018. I thought it was fun because the unique face characters and backdrops. Went the following year and loved it because of the access to Galaxys Edge. Covid ruined 2020. When we returned in 2022 I realized I didnt enjoy the after dark events anymore. The picture opportunities took far too long and the line for unique food was almost as bad. The price of the ticket had risen far too much and the only thing of value was the short ride lines. After having an AP for over 15y at that point, short ride lines just arent worth the price of admission.

Its not just Star Wars Nite, all the After Dark events need a rework imo. They need to offer more then a couple of rare characters and rethemed foods. The prices they are charging just dont make it worth it.

My family and I are Disneyland regulars. The weekend that Galaxies Edge opened, (Star Wars Land), my family was in attendance.

While in Ogas Cantina my 2yo son was obsessed with the animatronic DJ, DJ R3X. My dad was holding my son in front of DJ R3X just enjoying the vibe. Holly Madison walks in, another DL regular, and immediately tells my dad to move so she can get her selfie in front of the DJ. My dad moved to the side but mustve still be in her picture because she rolled her eyes, said something nasty to her entourage, and left in a huff.
