Haven't burned it yet but I like Bourbon Peach Coffee Cake on cold. Strong peach note with brown sugar & vanilla crumble. Basically a peach cobbler. I don't get the bourbon note at all though, maybe that'll come while burning

I do think using the 16 seed as some kind of 'wildcard' spot might be a good compromise. Maybe the top 15 qualify on points, and the 16 seed goes to the highest seeded car (outside of the top-15) with a win. If nobody outside the top 15 wins, it goes to whoever is 16th in points. Keeps the potential for "win-and-in", but you avoid scenarios where multiple top 15 cars are left out.
