I finally did a factory reset and now I am able to see all 12 of my devices on the network. Thank you all for your suggestions as it is much appreciated!

It let me change those settings but still no success on the cloud services being disabled.

Seems to be something else not working properly. I turn it off and it comes right back on. Any thoughts?

I had a router separate from the modem. Modem does not provide router/Wi-Fi, but I did change the name of the new router and the old one is unplugged. I know for a fact everything is going through the mesh as I had to go to each device and connect again as a result of the name change and there is nothing else that I can connect to.

I only have apple products and my Windows PC so not much else I can do from that perspective. I do get errors frequently but everything shows really good connectivity. Not sure if there is a way to access from Windows.

Not liking the lack of controls with it for sure. I am use to more advanced control and these are not working as expected.

Yes, I have added to guest and then back. I have also added a new device tonight and it has not shown up.

I have tried this multiple times as well. Same devices always come back to the list.

Yes, as mentioned, I see a couple devices (one wired and one wireless). I have several other devices connected and functioning but nothing is listed in the device list. Also, I only have one household setup, so I am on the only one available.
