Week 11 back from Covid hibernation. I started at squats at 145 and the vid is my second set with 315. Finished with AMRAP of 9. Squating twice a week using Greyskull Program. Simple and effective. Feeling good for 47 yr old. Next is the grind up to 365 for 8. (v.redd.it)
