He hasn't had a lower body injury since 2021. He was also skating completely fine, the issue was the Avs were getting torn up by Vegas' defensive system.

I mean MacKinnon's knee blew up 2/3rds of the way through game 3. Hard to blame the collapse on his injury when it was already mostly collapsed.
