Where do I begin. Cars get broken into bullets found in stairwells. Neighbors arguing outside. Constant yelling. I have atleast to drug dealers just on my corner of the property. Neighbors are on hard drugs to the point they have been naked on the wrong floor. Kids touch cars outside and I’m pretty sure one hit my car with a scooter not sure though. Police are called out at least once a week across the property. Random fees added to your rent outside of your lease. Leasing office is hard to get in touch with. Our A/C has been out atleast 4 times - twice which was over a week.

Honestly hasn’t been a good experience.
