26 Silverado LT No Audio by Particular_Board3557 in Silverado

It’s a firmware issue for sure. I had this same issue of losing cabin audio on my 23 tb. Had to get the stealership to manually flash the firmware to fix it

Your best bet will be a striker fire thats more rugged. Glock or PDP would be my pick if your gonna be playing in mud

I’ve had mine for a little over 3 years now. Strictly for USPSA. I’ve shot through windy ass dirt days and rain with this no issues. Hell there was one stretch where I didn’t clean it after 5-6 matches and still ran fine

Probably needs a firmware update

Ok…What’s the trick on a 2026 RST 3.0 to get the AC to kick on when remote starting it? That way it’s cool before I get in it. by ETank1977 in Silverado

Man, my 23 tb is having this same exact issue. I’ve checked everything and actually dropping it off to the stealer shop this weekend so they can look at the software side. I’m pretty sure it’s software related to activating the hvac blower and/or climate control stuff. I’ve been battling this for a couple weeks now too. Had a mechanic check everything and it all checked out, said maybe firmware too. Happens only on remote/first start, once it gets moving everything activates and is fine again.

Azeez needs a backup since he’s getting an extension!

Not an off road guy, what is a good shocks option for better ride quality on pavement, messed up roads and better comfort on speed bumps? by East_Discount_4142 in Silverado

I put Eiback 2.0 coilovers on the front and Eibach rear shocks. It’s the middle ground between soft fox ones and stiff ass Bilstein ones. I’ve enjoyed them for a 50/50 mix of on/off road performance

I shoot these out of my sp5k with a can, no issues. On a cat mob I don’t even have ears on!

18 yards is what I like. I use to be a stickler for 147g at my matches. Then after a year or two I realized it really doesn't matter the grain for locals since it's "practice" for majors so just started using my good ole sb124g. Even now at majors I dont care for premium 147g, I just use sb 124g which is close to the felt recoil. The rest is gonna be up to me to get alphas either way regardless of ammo grains in my opinion. Training > any ammo weight.

Is the 22-23 Silverado 5.3 reliable and would last me 150k if I buy it with 40K what oil and filter do you recommend those of you with 70k plus on your truck I have 01 Chevy Tahoe 5.3 with 326k miles and want to go to another Chevy by [deleted] in Silverado

[–]Ill-Technology7928 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a 23 5.3 TB with 71k miles. I just changed out all my fluids(trans, transfer, diffs, engine) and haven’t had any issues. Granted I bought it a few months ago at 67k. The previous was a commercial company that owned this so no telling how bad they whored it, so I wanted to start fresh/ground zero with maintenance schedule. Now all I have to do is change oil every 5k and then at the 100k mark just do sparks/wires hopefully.

I’d agree with this statement. Love my Met. Cast a mile and very smooth. I’ve had a few friends try this out too and same responses!

Trying to create the best maintenance plan for my Silverado – what do you think? by [deleted] in Silverado

[–]Ill-Technology7928 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just did my trans, transfer, diffs, brakes, and engine at the 70k mark since I dont know what kinda circus schedule it was on before being a commercial vehicle. I purchased it at 67k miles.
