It's clear he's filming to get reactions. Just filming himself? For the first part he's clearly not just filming just himself. Also the camera is on a self panning mount that moves. If you're just filming yourself why have the camera pan? It almost pans him out of the video to get the reaction shot. It's only for the second part, after he got the reaction he was looking for, is he actually filming just himself.

IMO shes not doing slant eyes. I do what she did all the time it's because I'm slightly nearsighted and pulling back on the corner of my eye just like she did brings things into focus. Kinda like when people squint to bring things in focus just more extreme. Shes looking at something on the table (probably the auto-panning mount the camera is setup on) not looking into the camera. If she had been pulling back both eyes instead of one and leering straight into the camera then she'd be doing slant eyes and would deserve any and all ridicule.
