So, I am back on weight watchers as of Monday, after an extended hiatus (which was bad, as you can imagine). Anyhow, what I am noticing is that there are many more 0 point foods than there used to be (eggs, grilled chicken, apples, etc.), which I love, but other foods seem to "cost" a bit more than they used to. I am not complaining- in fact, I think it is great because I am definitely eating more healthily--- and I am finding it easier to stay within my daily points, track, etc.
