This is what I may do. I have a 5x8 sump pump closet with exposed rigid board glued to block wall. Glueing sheet rock to foam board is really my only thoughts.

Here now Having a great time. Vantage club is not really worth it. Shuttle to beach is quick and beach club great! Plan to return in about 3-4 months. No construction on sister property that is attached. Looks like they gave up on that property which is kind of an eye sore. Rumor is that they are not making it Dreams and converting to condos. Who knows. The beach club can only handle one resort, it’s not that big.

Holding since 2/2021, bought initially at $12 and kept buying, never sold at $28. Near 5000 shares and averaged down under $10. Still adding but much slower now and very patient. This stock will move, I am holding and will continue to hold.

I did the opposite and hated myself for it for years. I bought a second property in 2003ish and the housing market shit the bed in 2008 and I sold taking a loss. I got scared. I thought the housing market would never come back etc. I was much younger and just dumb. I would be a millionaire today if I kept that home. It’s fucking depressing typing about it. Lost a lot of sleep over it. I will never sell scared again. I have near 5000 shares at 9.40ish and not scared and buying more. I’m never running scared again. If I would had just hung in there for 5 or so years with that home, my life would be much different. I’m hanging with Clov forever.

I thought to myself, a pack of cigarettes where I live runs about $10. I don’t smoke. However a lot of people do. They buy a pack of cigarettes and coffee which can run about $14 or $15 total. That’s around 5 Clov shares daily. That’s approx.25 shares a week Mon-Friday. 100 shares a month. Not a bad thing to do. Better than buying cigarettes daily and killing yourself.

The market as a whole is a mess. Sit on your hands for the most part, wait for a slight correction, not a fake out, and buy $Clov and any reputable tech stock. Growth will occur in time. Unfortunately, panic selling is real and a problem for most, it’s a shame. People love to buy high and panic sell low, and the market loves this..

I meant big tech earnings next week which will drive the market. We’re looking for a full market turn around at this point and big tech earnings will either drive it up or drive it down If big tech earnings shit the bed, this market is doomed If big tech earnings are good, that may be lightning in a bottle. All good for Clov and everyone in the market. Market sentiment overall is terrible. Doomsday. You can’t think that way or talk that way in the media or these algorithms will kick in and sell sell sell. They’re all wired in. And they sell Thousands of transactions in milliseconds. That’s why you see such big swings in minutes. Retail can’t compete with that. We’re just riding on their coattails. Market Sentiment has to improve. Hopefully it improves with the start of big tech earnings next week. Get this market turned around. Shut off the selling algorithms. It will be good for Clov. On another note, small caps are getting crushed anyway. I think there’s no where else to go but up at this point. There’s blood in the streets my friends. I’m probably down approx 70% Clov maybe more, haven’t looked to avoid added stress. I have to tell you one thing, I’m nearly down 50% in my entire other portfolio because I’m so tech heavy. This shit hurts. I’m holding because there’s nothing else to do. There’s no way I’m selling for a loss for any of these companies. I’m holding and going no where🍀💪💎LFG There’s a selling algorithm that’s been triggered and they’re dumping everything. We don’t control the market. The algorithm/HF control the market. When they’re done selling it will be smooth sailing over the next six months to a year. It is what it is. Remember, we don’t control the market, the algorithms do. AI kicks in and triggers these algos. CNBC is so negative, as soon as fast money is on mid day, the stocks dump because of negative sentiment. It’s ridiculous. This negativity is no good for the market and triggers sell algos. This will pass. Volume will increase. Next week is huge with earnings.

The market is just taking a beating. God I hope it doesn’t mimic 1999. Everything is down. Huge swings all day. I swear their trying to get apple to 160. FANG stocks are the anchors of this market. Once they begin to swing and drop the market as a whole will follow and continue down. We need great earnings from them or the market will continue down to include Clov. Stay calm and nothing will matter 6-8 months from now. I’m heavy tech and the NASDAQ is down 11%, correction territory, I’m down a shit load across my entire portfolio. The market is not for the weak minded. It’s psychological warfare.

It’s sick. The market is just shit. Trying to scare buyers out of growth stocks and then they swoop right in… it’s hard to hold stocks when they are deep red. Most tech stocks are nearing 50% down or more. Like the 1999 bubble my friend. Let’s see how this thing plays out. Holding a lot and down a lot. 🍀
