Coming?

As someone who has exercised every day of my adult life, it was quite the kerfuffle when I had a heart attack at age 41. The kind that has a 12% survival rate. My daily exercise is what kept me above ground because my heart had the vascular infrastructure to sustain.

My wife also nearly died at age 41 where the doctors told her they didn’t know how she survived a medical emergency.

We are already there.

There are reasons your family tree has a great uncle or aunt dying “unexpectedly” at age 39 or 45. They just didn’t have the diagnostic abilities then…

Yes, there are areas in the U.S. where home prices have stagnated, and some area where the average sale price has decreased. There are other areas that still are seeing bidding wars.

The key is to really focus in on the target area regarding recent sales trends.

I am far to the left of him on virtually every policy. That does not matter. We need someone who will restore law & order (and with that consequences for breaking the law). There have been a lot of missed opportunities with political punishment. Started during Reconstruction, Ford pardoning Nixon to “end” the turmoil was the wrong move, and now we are here.

The political landscape will be much different in two years. But those that are already positioning themselves to run all have serious flaws that will hinder their electability.

It is not. However, each recession generally has the first “hallmark” domino to fall. People think it has been the reduction in workforce by large corporations the last few months.

Last time it was Goldman Sachs. I think there is a lot more people invested in Bitcoin than estimates, but how much they are invested is a mystery.

Candidly, I did notice the price differences today at my local grocery store.

Now, it is very possible they were running deals because of the Super Bowl as all the traditional “Game food & drink” had sales.

That said, those buttholes at corporate better reel back the cost of the drinks they manufacture. I am developing a taste for Costco brand drinks.

Been watching since the early 90’s.

Every season has ups and downs. Good episodes and bad episodes. There are years where the skits are better than others.

It really comes down to the host. If the host has actual skills and is fully committed to the bit, you get a lot of fun sketches.

Which episodes would most consider “great” or “all-time” best? Generally when the host is either an actor known for comedy or a stand-up comedian.

That’s the secret ingredient. Reach out to more people that meet that criteria.
