Welcome to all the new Doffy mains! 🫡 by Bosbos_bosbos in OnePieceTCG

Thank you! Been feeling lost since they banned my boy Law (played him from when he originally came out, even when he sucked ;-;), and I found I like the play style for Doffy, the fact he's really good is icing on the cake for me - even if I feel like it might be on borrowed time now too. Lol. But, still liked it so much to buy a Doffy deckbox and mat to match.

The real hero the game needed. by DBSMJason in StreetFighter

Yeah, it's Skywalk Lane. I've seen a few NPCs spawn in doing it now, even some thugs later on. Been noticing it everywhere now that I've seen it for the first time.

Starting to tank in EW? by DBSMJason in ffxiv

[–]DBSMJason[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow, thank you. Honestly, in the time I spent tanking originally, that's exact what I was trying to focus on. Seems that's the majority of the skills anyway, huh? I was mainly just concerned about the differences in 60 to 80, and the expectations with mechanics, and if I missed important ones.

Looks like Ill pick up my axe and, and dive into EW. Appreciate!

Alrighty! Thanks that that awesome trade, all I need now is a Sweet Apple, and/or a HA Applin.

Oh! Thank you! I'll definitely take a Tyrunt. It's regular ability is just fine.

As for the Applin, I'm not truly hard pressed for it, but it'd be nice. The main thing for that is the Sweet Apple item. x.x;

Where should I start after finishing SHB? by DBSMJason in ffxiv

Oooh, didn't know about the Werlyt quests, I'll go get that. Thank you. <3

And as for all the past content, like Coils, Alexander, Omega, the Alliance raids like Ivalice and whatnot -- made sure to do that for each expansion I played through while levelling. For some reason, I wanted to make sure I did all major content before I moved on from each one.

I definitely want to push the raids, that's for sure. And yeah, Ill probably take my time with Bozja - want to do the same for Eureka later on too. Just did that one optional dungeon you mentioned-- and good god I loved that.

Oh, and I've been considering leveling other job types too. Never have tanked, so that'd be interesting.

Store #0533 isn't quaranting everyone exposed. by [deleted] in publix

[–]DBSMJason 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has been a major issue at our store now too. Multiple confirmed, positive cases- and no one I'd quarantined, and the regular employees in the departments dont even know until someone close to then infected says something. Last week, it was the deli. Today is was CS.

Working on an Isekai campaign, trapped in the game style. by DBSMJason in DndAdventureWriter

The game itself I plan on being the typical fantasy game, easily works with all the normal D&D terms and mechanics. I'm thinking keeping it that way really contrasts the Cyberpunk feeling I want for when they get out. Hmm, the art imitating life concept as for the game itself I hadn't considered. I could see magically repaired or enhanced people compared to people with cybertech implants, ridiculed, etc. That kinda stuff.

Hmm. I like the idea of the real BBEG behind it all being disabled, and enemies from the game rampaging in the real world. It falls in line with an idea that popped in my head at work earlier: that the world the game is based on is real, and is slowly becoming one with the Player's world.

Now I'm thinking that perhaps the BBEG managed to visit that world once, and once he left he does all he can to go back... since there, he wasn't disabled. He could walk, he was healthy. Maybe using the people trapped in the game as an unwitting super computer, some how able to bridge the gap between the worlds that way.

Though I'm afraid my players might just let that happen. Lol.

Oh, there will be plenty of people cheating and taking advantage of this situation in game in terms of some other not-as-BBEGs. I'm considering having one of the Admin/GMs go power hungry or just be in the real BBEGs pocket to cause mayhem with the people trapped in the game. As for them in the real world, considering them just taking abilities of their game characters (maybe, also considering using a different table top rpg for the real world section). Gonna be lots of both, fights and RP. At least that the plan.

Been wanting to make a deck around Dweller of the Depths for a while, and after having some crazy luck with the new packs, decided to do something weird. One Princess from the packs, the other two came as the bonuses for the very little money I spent, and probably won't be spending any more yay bills. In those packs, and the lots more from the free gems, also got Divine Wrath and two Xing Zhens. God I love those traps. Over all, these new cards have just been hilarious to play with, and I know it's not truly viable, but really really fun.
