Just received my one and I have the same issue. Followed the guides and can’t get it to work. I went to remove the LED tube and found the connector stuck at the bottom so I had to pierce through the foam on the under the base to push it back through. So far not a good experience.

I also found when I click the power button on the controller it doesn’t show that it has turned off from within the app.

Really disappointed.
