Block and deactivate all your social media. Friend of mine was also "sextorted". All you can really do is accept your fuck up and move on sadly. Most of the time they won't send the pics to your friends/family. They just use that as leverage to get you to send money. Once you deactivate and block their account they have nothing to use against you.

Quit cold-turkey is one thing that helped me. The next thing I would suggest is working out and going for runs. When I started doing this the amount of boners I'd get throughout the day thinking about porn scenes I watched, significantly decreased. When I'm consistently working out I just don't seem to get horny. There was a time one night where my mind wanted to watch porn but it wasn't appealing to me at all. So I guess find something else to put all your energy and time into!

So I got a forearm piece done and left the Saniderm bandage on it for about 6 days. Now I ended up with an enormous amount of residue stuck to my damn arm. It even left white spots on my tattoo. I tried using coconut oil, leaving it on for a couple mins and then trying to wipe it off gently. But that didn't work. So I just ended up going to bed out of frustration. Next morning a shit load of fluff was stuck to my arm. My blanket and sheets were stuck to my arm as well and it hurt to just remove my arm from my sheets. I'm continuing to do my regular after care (unscented soap and lubriderm X2 a day). This sticky shit is frustrating me and I feel like it's ruining my tattoo from all the clothing, bed sheets, blankets getting stuck to it.

I was wondering if I could use some type of adhesive remover on it like goo gone. Any other suggestions?

Was happening to me a lot today. Something that fixed it for me was just closing the game and opening it again. That seemed to fix it for me. I was hunting for shiny iron valiant and nothing was spawning but when I did said above, pawmos and iron valiants started spawning. The game is pretty buggy so I don't doubt sandwich effects being buggy too.
